If I have some failed requests,this causes PendingRequestExists to always return true.
So I can't execute 'removeConsumer' or 'cancelSubscription'. What should I do?

I find this has been repaired.#12425.

Hope to be online in all networks as soon as possible.

I found that the contract online is not upgradable.
So how do I get my LINK back?
