It could be interesting to integrate a script to automate the comparison of multiple sessions run on the same dataset with different settings a la PyXPLanner.

INPUT: folders of several analyzed PALLADIO sessions
OUTPUT: tables and figures comparing various statistics, such as:

  • [balanced] accuracy (+- SD)
  • number of selected variables
  • an M x M table containing the number of common variables
