lazyload can read from accelog and prometheus
but the examples all mode need to deploy global sidecar?
can slimeboot_no_global_sidecar.yaml be used?

Sorry for the few days delay in replying.
The mode without global-sidecar is an earlier version of lazyload, which requires the metric source to be configured as prometheus and does not support accesslog. The global-sidecar is actually just a touted transponder. It is not recommended as access may fail on the first request as there is no global-sidecar to handle forwarding.

In cluster mode, only one global-sidecar deployment and one lazyload controller deployment are required for the entire cluster. Resource consumption is not significant. If you have any worries about global-sidecar, we can talk about it.
