I use Signal to communicate with two or three people but I see all my contacts (>1000) in the contact list. It's a privacy issue as well as increasing the chances I might send a message to the wrong person. Deleting a thousand contacts one at a time isn't feasible, and hiding the window isn't possible.
I know this is a duplicate of bugs #1845, #2510, and #3433 but it's been an ongoing issue with the desktop version for years now.
Steps to Reproduce
Unable to hide contacts, and too many contacts to manually delete one by one.
Platform Info
Signal Version: Signal Desktop 1.38.2
Operating System:
Windows
