Feature description

Please provide an .onion address for updates.signal.org so that I can use apt-transport-tor to fetch updates for Signal-Desktop on Debian.

This is a bit of an older topic, but figured I'd offer a temporary alternative. With just apt-transport-tor you can use:

deb [arch=amd64] tor+http://updates.signal.org/desktop/apt xenial main

And with it and apt-transport-https you can use:

deb [arch=amd64] tor+https://updates.signal.org/desktop/apt xenial main
