Apparently when generating the zip file, it includes the prefix ../ on every file, which causes this warning when unzipping:

warning:  skipped "../" path component(s) in [...]

It doesn't affect the app and it works, since the prefix is ignored, but it is displayed for every file so it's a little bit anoying.
