With #1745 closed, there's no really a point to keep supporting both roadrunner and openswoole, as it adds very little value to end users, and roadrunner only has benefits over openswoole.
If there are no complains after v3.6.0 is released (where roadrunner will be the default runtime of the docker image), openswoole will be deprecated, to be removed in v4.0.0
