Realtek Audio Console is not working #3

After installing the driver, they install two DTS and it seems to work really well.
But I have to manually install RPC services and it's showing error: "Can not connect to RPC service"
Do you how to fix this issue?

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
OS build 19043.1320
