Looking at https://github.com/serverless-components/aws-cloudfront/blob/master/lib/getCacheBehavior.js

I see the input is ttl which then gets assigned to all TTL values.

MinTTL: ttl,
DefaultTTL: ttl,
MaxTTL: ttl,

But I want to set MaxTTL only to 31536000
