What would you like to be added?

Change all packages in this repository from com.huaweicloud to io.sermant

Why is this needed?

Changing the package name from com.huaweicloud to io.sermant can bring several benefits to reflect the openness and inclusivity of the open-source project. Firstly, it enhances recognition by making it easier for people to identify the project's identity and increasing its visibility within the open-source community. Secondly, it reduces dependency on specific organizations or companies, making more people willing to participate in the project. Additionally, a package name related to the project name may be more attractive and inviting, encouraging more people to get involved in its development and construction. Overall, such a modification can better demonstrate the project's openness and inclusivity, signaling a welcoming attitude towards contributions from all parties.
