Button mapping question

I use a Wacom Cintiq 14"HD on Windows 10
I have one of the side buttons on the pen registered as the eraser, but when I click the button it doesn't actually erase. The UI shows changes as though it registers that it's going to be using the eraser.
Is there any tips for fixing this?

I had same problem with the One by Wacom model. I commented out sdl_milton.cc:272(https://github.com/serge-rgb/milton/blob/master/src/sdl_milton.cc#LL272C37-L272C37) and now it works normally. Probably, this is not the right way to fix this problem (I don't know why it was written that way) but I did not notice any side effects.
