[🚀 Feature]: Include debug versions of images

Feature and motivation

In the standard Selenium images on docker hub there are -debug versions for many of the standard browsers. As we are moving processes to work on multiple architectures, we're finding that many of our tests rely on features included in the -debug images. It would be very helpful to have these images already built, matching the set up of the standard Selenium images.

Usage example

I'd love to be able to use:

  selenium:
    image: seleniarm/standalone-chrome-debug

[diemol]

The images already contain VNC. The debug images have not been updated in a long time.
