Toggle to set Split Action Device Layout #660

On my device (Onyx Books Nova Air C - 7.8" screen), I've got the Split Action Bar turned on in Settings > Control.

the setting description for the toggle says "Split action bar at bottom for phone and side for tablet."

My device is definitely a tablet, but the Split Action Bar is displayed on the bottom of the screen, rather than the side.

I'd suggest adding two toggles:

set device (mobile or tablet)
tablet action bar side (left or right)

this is a description error, updated in FeedMe 4.1.4. FeedMe not support side bar since 4.0.
