This plugin is not transpiling hex to rgba.
$color-black: #000;
background-color: rgba($color-black, 0.3); => output: background-color: rgba(#000, 0.3);

I'm using this plugin in Ember postcss.

Sorry, It's working good. My postcss plugin order was mistake.
