[BREAKING] Remove support for older input signals

Only support v3_0_0.wav.

Others can be added back using extensions (#440)

Also need to update the data that are provided for the demos:

Along with #443, here are the examples to update to:

I'm going to deprecate them for v0.10 and make it a "failed check" that users have to "ignore", then remove in 0.11.

Does this imply only a single sample rate will be supported? I have been able to train at 48khz, and I can re-sample (using spectral/sinc resampling) the 48khz input to 96khz, but that always fails the check. Is there an "official" file at other sample rates, and if so, where? (The google doc links are very opaque)

Update: I'm not going to deprecate the old ones. They're not hurting anyone in there and I don't see a real benefit to removing them right now.

@Justin-Hoffman if you resample the file, then that's a different file and it's not the standardized file anymore, so that isn't supported.
