Aparece el mapa pero no las capas formato kml.

Parece que el problema es que se estaban obteniendo los ficheros fuente de la librería geoxml3 de una URL que se ha dejado de mantener, por lo que no descargaba la librería correctamente.

Para solucionar el problema he descargado los ficheros fuente del repositorio oficial (https://github.com/geocodezip/geoxml3) y los he ubicado dentro de nuestro proyecto para que no vuelva a pasar.
