Set the communication between de Fitbit device and the companion application
Features:
- Resources folder must exist with index.view and widget.defs inside, they give the appearance of the watch view. But the goal of this proyect is to show the minimal code to send and receive messages between the fitbit device, and the companion application. So the main code is in app/index.js and companion/index.js
