我知道市面上已经有好多好多通知组件了
但我还是写了一个，实用倒是其次，主要是好玩

除了默认的丝滑的（我觉得还算丝滑）入场、出场动画
这个新的通知组件，提供了较深度的定制方案
你可以从“出入场动画”和“通知UI”两方面定制

noty.js 通过 Proxy 把这两个业务剥离开来，可进行自由组合

另外，noty.js 非常简洁，核心代码 41 行（不包括默认配置）
