@nuclearsandwich I'm not sure if you're the right person to ask about this, but it appears that the debians for this release are not getting published for Humble. I can see that it's in the distribution.yaml file here: https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/blob/master/humble/distribution.yaml#L2717, and it looks like the build farm built it here: https://build.ros2.org/job/Hdev__mapviz__ubuntu_jammy_amd64/. However, it looks like only ros-humble-mapviz-interfaces and ros-humble-mapviz-interfaces-dbgsym are available for Humble. I'm not sure how to fix this.

It is currently disabled from building here: https://build.ros2.org/job/Hbin_uJ64__mapviz__ubuntu_jammy_amd64__binary/ .
It looks like that is because one of its deep dependencies (swri_roscpp) has never successfully built in Humble: https://build.ros2.org/job/Hbin_uJ64__swri_roscpp__ubuntu_jammy_amd64__binary/ . If you can do some work to fix swri_roscpp in Humble, that should unblock mapviz from being released.
swri_roscpp
mapviz
Sorry, something went wrong.
Okay, thanks. I bloomed a release of that package yesterday that I think will make it through the build farm.
