Describe the bug

  1. A object from compaction group 1 is being compacted.
  2. The whole object is moved from group 1 to group 2, i.e. is_trivial. A entry is added for group 2 in branched_sst, but not for group 1.
  3. Group 2 compact the object. The entry is removed from branched_sst.
  4. The compaction task from step 1 finishes, but is_compact_task_expired fails to reject it. Because there is no entry in branched_sst for this object, and no way to know the object has been moved.
