Call Outcome and Call Type are in the same dropdown - Should be split #259

Currently Call Outcome and Call Type from HubSpot, including the custom field results are all combined into a single list. These should be split into two separate drop downs for Call Outcome and Call Type, just like the native HubSpot experience is like. This is important for reporting in HubSpot as the Call Outcome and Call type are both reportable as separate metrics in HubSpot analytics. - Hannah
