Incorporate resource display name into asset header in no-code view

Currently by design the asset headers in Rill Developer only show the resource's filename, but this could lead to confusion when using the Visual Explore sidebar to change the display name (it would appear as if nothing is changing unless you had code view up).

I suggest modifying the bold title shown to reflect display name when in no-code view and filename when in code view.
