Is it possible to automate a workflow with fast mute?

I am trying to automate a workflow where the output of a ksampler is analyzed and passes a boolean to decide which save path to choose. so i was trying to have an inverse switch send to save path a or b, but this doesnt work. with fast mute, I was hoping I could pass the boolean to the muter, but the muter node doesnt allow the botton to be converted to input. even if I did, i feel like the workflow at the moment of queue already decides the output is unmuted, and muting it during the process will do nothing. Any thoughts?

Looks like this is not possible, but a new update to comfyui could enable this type of feature.
