Problem with illenium appaerance

I'm using Illenium Appaerance, Renzu multichar and Renzu spawn, my english isn't perfect but :
When I create a char for the first time, I got the menu to set the name, DOB etc, I do it, but when I confirm, I directly have the the spawn selector of Renzu, so I can only select an area to spawn, I select one and immediatly after I go back to the teleport selection menu and got the illenium menu, I can only click on the spawn menu, so I do it, and then I can't customise my player because any of the option work (like rotate, zoom)
