Can't define both id and class

in the old vibe.d parser this still worked, now it doesnt:

p.class#id

The order is currently enforced to be id -> class. Probably makes sense to loosen that requirement, though.

Hm I thought I tried that too, I will check again later. But imo its kinda ugly to write element#id.class because i prefer my identifiers to go up in a slope like a.c#d(args) as opposed to a#d.c(args) (see the slope with the character heights of .c#d? I can really only code when these little details are correct)
