[REF-1997] rx.progress does not accept color_scheme prop

Describe the bug
There's no obvious way to change the color scheme of a particular progress bar, it always inherits the app theme accent_color

Additional context
Checking the code, there is no mechanism for passing in a different color_scheme 🥺
