[Nit][OpenShift vocab] False positive for the term "custom resource definitions" #911

Describe the bug
The term "custom resource definition" is throwing a vocabulary error for the "custom resources" vocab rule. Also, there are valid use cases for using the singular form, custom resource. See the Kubernetes docs: https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/extend-kubernetes/api-extension/custom-resources/.

I am not sure if this is the right place for this issue. Let me know if I should close this issue and open another in the OCP docs repo. Thanks!
