JDT provides a feature patch for Java 19: https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/java-19-support-eclipse-2022-09-425
We could use it to provide unsupported/preview Java 19 support from the pre-release channel once the August release is out.

Wonder how will vscode-java-debug behave though (and I'm not talking about Virtual Thread debugging, which is yet another topic). cc @testforstephen @jdneo
