Update product name

We should be updating the product name referenced in the application.

• extension name should be "Developer Sandbox"
• description of the extension should also be updated
• similarly, in the UI of the extension
  • on the dashboard of podman desktop
  • in the resource page

Hi! We've gotten the legal name changed to Developer Sandbox, so please change the name to that instead :) . Legal/brand requested that the icon for the extension be the Red Hat logo. Let me know if you have any questions
