Generate Red Hat documentation for odo from upstream (odo.dev) documentation.

Pages to include:

  • Introduction
  • Installation
  • Dev with Java (keeping only the OpenShift related content)

Use a tool (for example https://pandoc.org/) to generate a document and store it in in Git (helpful for reviewing). In RTF? In Docx?
