[Talkback] |Keyboard not annoucing letter "o"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. during nowmal typing using Samsung and Google keyboard, Talkback will not 
announce the letter "o" but does annoce Capital "O", also during editing of 
text Talkback wont announce the letter "o"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The letter "o" does appear on text


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Talkback 4.1.0.5  Android 5.0 on Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F
