copy last spoken item to the clipboard feature request

this feature means adding the option to copy the last spoken text e.g.  the 
last spoken sentence to the clip board so the user is able to paste it in any 
edit box later.

in Talk Back now the user is only able to spell the last spoken item but not 
copying or selecting it.
the option maybe located in the global context menu or by using short cut 
gesture like the left then down swipe.
this feature is very important and useful since now there is no way to select 
and copy text using talk back except in edit fields.
