[TalkBack] when it speaks the alertdialog, title will be interrupted and the 1st item will get the AccessibilityFocus.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Accessibility, TalkBack On
2. Settings > Display
3. Font Size

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected output:
It will speak out the full title first.

instead:

It will always speak out the first item (1st item will get the 
AccessibilityFocus) in the list even when the 1st item was not checked.
The title speaking will be interrupted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
