What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do a down right to access talkback's global context menu and explore up and
to the right to talkback's settings. Lift so the setting's icon is activated.
2. Take two fingers and swipe up so the page is changed to the second page of
talkback's settings. Now explore or swipe to manage jesters.
3. Double tap manage jesters, swipe or explore to side tap jesters and activate
both singal and double tap side jesters. Lock your device and axidentally bump
the device. you will hear the context menu sound as talkback activates either
local or global context menu when the device is in locked status.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hope to lock my device and even though its been bumped or tapped nothing
happens. At this time when the device is bumped close to the bottom or spine
of the phone either left side or right side both menu's global and local
activate when the side tap jesters are set. I have sense deactivated this
feature until its fixed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
