Steps to reproduce

Set Firefox as browser by default.
Installed MSER in Active mode (also repeated in Service Mode).
Firefox is default until reboot !
For PDF : i choose Custom (Foxit Reader)
When i click on a file : popup "False"... Windows don't find "False".Check if you entered the correct name and retry.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Maintain default programs

❌ Actual Behavior

Change after reboot !
