Delete a note during the search process on the main page, the note will not disappear #318

To Reproduce

Click search icon
Edit text in search box
Click on the activity on the page
Click the delete icon
The deleted activity is still on the page
The deleted activity disappears when the search is canceled

Expected behavior
The deleted activity should disappear during search
