There is no point in maintaining our homegrown build system, which is also based on Make.

There's a branch named erlang.mk in every repo (20 of them). We won't be renaming it to follow the standard conventions.

All merged. Thank you, @dumbbell and @essen, it was a gigantic amount of work. Our build system is now from the 21st century!
