Dashboard is only updating when the first sheet in a file is changed

If you change any of the other sheets the dashboard doesn't update your file as the last one edited

Relevant conversation in Slack.

Edits to file metadata (like the thumbnail or the file name) are properly updating the updated_date on the File. But that go through the file service and create new checkpoints are not.

Solution: when a file gets a new checkpoint, update the updated_date on the File table.
