[Bug] GMMK Pro LED mapping is incorrect

As mentioned by @petsche in #13173, some of the LEDs on the GMMK Pro are not mapped correctly, this is most noticeable when using reactive typing methods such as RGB_MATRIX_SOLID_REACTIVE_SIMPLE

Left arrow, down arrow, and enter keys are mapped incorrectly
