应增加一个extraParams的SettingKey[Seq[String]]，用来生成extraParams.hxml。

extraParams.hxml的功能请参见 http://old.haxe.org/doc/haxelib/using_haxelib#extra-parameters

b672b6d 已经支持使用extraParams.hxml，但目前还没有办法在Sbt项目中生成extraParams.hxml。
