Adding rewrites involving kronecker product

Description

Adds the following rewrites :

• diag(kron(a,b)) -> outer(diag(a), diag(b))
• slogdet(kron(a,b)) -> prod(sign(a), sign(b)), sum(logdet(a), logdet(b))
