Describe the bug

Sometimes, the flash firmware button in the "could not find your hub"-dialog does not work.

Now I realized this happens consistently if the settings tab is not open. The video probably explains it best.

Note that at the end of the video, the menu does pop up once you click the gear icon.

Expected behavior
Button should work no matter which tab is open, if any.
