Is it possible to use pulumi to provision a cluster on user owned hardware with no cloud provider? I didn't follow the code to see what it was doing but if I have an inventory file can I run this on my home lab?

Just wanted to leave a note in case anyone else finds this and considers it for home lab use. It isn't possible in the current state since this is a tight coupling with Equinix (see: https://github.com/pulumiverse/pulumi-aws-eksa/blob/main/provider/pkg/provider/cluster.go#L25)

This is also apparent given the unmerged PR to update the README to be more descriptive of the prerequisite to use an Equinix cluster: #1
