Summary

Remove the maintenance page from prod.

Problem Definition

Just need to remove the temporary maintenance page

Proposal

Update index.tsx to show the App instead of the maintenance page. Also, reinstate the cypress tests.

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
