Dear authors,

In your paper, there is an adversary who sends erroneous messages to other agents, after reading your code, it is not easy for me to find code of such function (sending erroneous messages), can you show me where is the code?

Did you run the same code successfully? I'm having installation issues when i run train_policy.py file. The error as show in pictures.

Cuda 11.1
torch 1.8.1
ray[rllib] 1.3.0
aiohttp 3.7.4
aioredis 1.3.1
