🐛 [BUG] Cluster labels

Description

When displaying list of managed cluster, we display cluster name/namespace (correct) and two labels. Let's use more characters for label.

Currently we display 9 characters per label then ...

Let's have at least 100 (since there is plenty of space)

I guess current design is to properly display on iPhone (I tried and works just fine). Not sure if possible, but probably we could keep current number of chars when on phone and use 100 chars otherwise.
