HTML title has markup on search results page with selected range

This appears to be a regression since v8.x of the plugin. If you select and apply a range, the rendered HTML meta <title> in the resulting search results page currently includes some unwanted escaped markup. E.g.,

<title>Year: &lt;span class="from" data-blrl-begin="1900"&gt;1900&lt;/span&gt; to &lt;span class="to" data-blrl-end="1999"&gt;1999&lt;/span&gt; - Arclight Search Results</title>

I looked closer here, and this is not actually a regression -- the issue was present in 8.5.0. This ticket also duplicates #189 so I will close it.
