TC-DRLK-2.10: Automate

Right now, this is manual, but it seems like it could be automated (with the exception of the manual door jam). Will require a few things to make this work:

• Named pipe to simulate door jam for CI, and a description of how to do this as a manually
• Events should be subscribed as well as read
• PICS should be changed into attribute reads from the device using attribute_guard or feature_guard.
