note about the file transformedApicalls.txt

The file transformedApicalls.txt is based on the file APICalls.txt from the android permissions map (generated for the paper "Android Permissions Demystified" by Adrienne Porter Felt, Erika Chin, Steve Hanna, Dawn Song, David Wagner), which could be found at http://android-permissions.org/ . As the site has been down for a couple of month now, this file is uploaded here to use instead of a script to transform the original file. (At the day of writing this, the original web site still has the message:  "temporarily down - back July 5", that date was 3 month ago )
