Hot water/heating support as mqtt value

Hi,

It should be nice to have an mqtt value published if hot water is used , and when heating is used.

Just added this and adjusted the HA config.

I Think, it is not working yet, Central heating should be on, (gas is on, fan, and flame is on, burner is on , etc), but it says Central Heating is off
